Qualifications

After leaving school Hayley attended Hucknall College for 2 years and gained the following qualifications:-

•NVQ level 2 Beauty Therapy

•NVQ level 2 Customer Services

•Diploma in Holistic Therapy

•Certificate in professional knowledge & theory of glycolic acid

•OCW certificate in Nail Extensions, fibre glass & silk

•Diploma in the Caflon ear piercing system

Training

Since commencing employment with Katherine in 2002 (salon formerly known as “Katherine Kernaghan Beauty Specialist”), Hayley continued with her training and development and gained industry recognized certificates in:-

•Jessica manicure and pedicure procedures

•St Tropez false tanning theory and practical

Post graduate training with The International Dermal Institute in:-

•The facial treatment

•Face Mapping skin analysis

•Multi vitamin Power Exfoliant Systems

Working Abroad

Hayley then lived and worked in Spain for several years, gaining salon experience in:-

•OPI nail products and procedures

•Nailtiques product knowledge and practical

The White Room

When Hayley moved back to the UK she re-joined the team at The White Room as part time therapist and has since trained in:-

•Pristine Diamond Peel microdermabrasion

•Glo Mineral make up application & theory

Roles

Hayley is our Pamper Party co-ordinator, ensuring the parties are well organized, staffed adequately, well stocked with food drink and balloons and that all the young ladies have a good time.

She is also responsible for the stock control of our false tanning system “St Tropez”
